A. exclusively breastfeed your baby till 6 months complete. after baby completes 6 months, give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups. avoid commercially available ready to eat food as they contain added sugar, flavor.

A. Exclusive bf till the baby completes six months can start solids after that Once the baby completes six months can start with some dal pani rice pani mashed banana pureed apple and cerelac. Prepare cerelac in water as it will be heavy for the baby to digest if made in milk

A. Hello and good evening usually it is cooked with the help of water every if you want you can also use milk there is no problem in that but then give a limited quantity otherwise it will become heavy to digest
