Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Similar thing happened with my kid too. New tooth started sprouting before the existing milk tooth fell down. Maintain a good personal and oral hygiene for your baby. Give calcium rich foods. If you are still concerned then consult a paediatric dentist for evaluation and advice. Good luck and take care.
