Hello ma’am IT is completely genetic as it is on the parents of the either side and weight is why proportional to the height as well so if your child is not gaining good height and weight as per you and as per the age then I would advise you to consult a nutritionist for a proper check up as she will provide you a proper diet which will help your child gain proper height hair growth and the weight as per the age
