A. Hello dear! Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day. Complete the course of medication as prescribed by your doctor. Guess you can take buttermilk to improve your digestion. Increase seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables in the diet. Good luck and take care.
