Nashpati & babugosha since both are known as pear which one should be given to babies 6.5 month

A. you can give any local variety. starting with moong dal is good as it is easy to digest. you can dry roast other dals with rice and store as home made cerelac. also introduce fruits, boiled veggies in your baby's diet. also continue breastfeeding.   banana, apple, avoid citrus fruits. potato, sweet potato, carrot, bottle gourd, red pumpkin all boiled and mashed.

A. Hi dear both are equally good Give any thats all your choice and depends on your baby’s taste Just make sure before giving any fruit to baby mash it well make puree and then give to your baby

A. you can go for either of the two both are bored and both are equally good for babies but to nashpati is quite hard so you need to boil it properly and Babbu koshah quiet soft you can give that to your baby
