Namste Madam. My baby is 25 days older. Not able to take mother feed. Always giving from extracted milk from mother. He is crying always and passing foul-smelling gas. please suggest.

A. dear parents it is imp to lach your baby to breast for feeding each time. give him a comfortable feeding position and allow him a good latch to breast covering all areola complex also look for adequate milk secretion
