Namasthe sir, my boy has 4yrs old , he was still 12.30kgs, he could not weight gain, but he is very healthy and very much active, could you pls tell me how he was weight gain?

A. Hello mom as far as the child is been active for his age and also eating healthy and balanced diet not to worry , a little varaition is acceptable as well. you can give him a well balanced diet consisting of all usual family foods for him .
