Q.

Namaste Sir. my son is 4 year old he is not taking food properly. because his stomach is hard.. what should I do... what's his problem.

A. if there is any constipation issue then it needs to be considered if the baby is having such kind of problem in order to clear further doubts in this regard you can consult your doctor to get proper guidance in details along with a thorough discussion .

A. Hi mommy Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc Give three meal and two snacks Maintain hygiene Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly Stay hydrated healthy
