Namaste Sir, can i feed dry fruit paste to my daughter? can she digest it?

A. almonds, cashews, walnuts can be crushed and added in kheer , porridge etc. soaked raisins can also be given as finger foods. avoid dryfruits as whole as it may be a choking hazard.

A. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and also it is always advisable to give baby dryfruits after the age of eight months and also should give as soaked form and give in limited amount and increase slowly. take care
