A. hi it indicates low immunity of your child so , I advise to keep your child well hydrated give Healthy diet which includes green veggies, fresh fruits, more avoid giving outside food keep your child well hydrated it is best to give Tulsi leaves with pinch of salt and Turmeric powder,few drops of lemon juice daily in morning give Sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day
