Namaste doctor my 13 month's baby girl suffering from cold since 15 days and fever since 3 days I have Given paracetamol but no use.. I have checked at night it was 102F plaease suggest me

A. better to investigate the baby the reasons Cold and cough in small babies are because of viral infections you have to treat them symptomatically with steam inhalation and saline drops in the nose of the baby e they will subside generally in a week's time
