myself is 32yrs old and having 2kids pf 8yrs and 4yrs with cesserine delivary. From last 4months my left knee is paining lot sometimes i cant even stand properly what would be the reason

you should have a proper sitting posture as well as sleeping posture which will help in decreasing the pain.
for simple pfain you can take paracetamol as well as you can take physiotherapy.
meet your doctor if it is not improving.
advisable to take seasonal fruits and vegetables.
