myself and husband tested covid positive yesterday, my kid s 30 months, he's a fever, cold& cough, I'm giving regular fever& cough syrup? any multivitamin & zinc to be given to the kid?

Not Need it as of now just continue with the fever medicine and if the fever increases it does not come down then consult your paediatrician and go for a Covid test for the kid also because when the parents are positive there is a bright child that the child will also catch an infection from them so just monitor your child really very well any sign of discomfort and consult your paediatrician immediately without waiting
