Q.
my younger son name is Adhhwaith. he is now 6th baby. can we give him to cerelac stage 1 for food ?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom you mean he is 6 month old baby ? Yes cerelac can be given to him but would suggest you to opt for home made cerelac rather than using a commercial one

Once your baby turned six months old then you can start giving solids and water. In starting few days give everything in a fluids form. Like Dal Ka Paani, rice water, vegetable soup, fruit puree. And with the time you can increase the food item in babies regular diet plan. And yes you can also start giving cerelac stage 1.
