Q.

My younger kid is 5 month old and she passes urine very frequently. Many a times she pee in every 10 min, even in summers also. Is it normal ?

A. urinary pattern in small children is totally different. they may pass more than 20 times per day urine also and sometimes they will pass urine again and again in only one hour. the minimum requirement would be more than 7 times in 24 hours. if it is less give more breast feeding or milk and if it is more no need to worryd if the child is not having any other complaint. there is no problem if the urine frequency is normal and the child is not passing urine at night

A. If the frequency of urine is this high like 6 to 7 times in an hour that means there could be a possibility of urine infection to your child I would recommend to talk to your doctor regarding this further what’s needed the doctor would be able to give you right suggestion on that
