For a 2.1-year-old child weighing 9 kg, paracetamol is the safest fever medicine. The correct dose is 15 mg/kg, so the exact mL depends on whether your Calpol is 120 mg/5 mL or 250 mg/5 mL.
Since your child has had 102°F fever for 2 days, please have her examined by a pediatrician today. Keep her well hydrated and give paracetamol only at the recommended dose, not by adding another fever medicine.
Seek urgent medical care immediately if she becomes very sleepy, has difficulty breathing, refuses to drink fluids, has repeated vomiting, or develops a seizure.
