My wife uses chicco massage oil to massage the body of my 1month old baby girl. she applies the oil on her face also while massaging. she tells that the baby will get complexion on her face. now small pimples have appeared on the cheeks of baby. is it safe to use that massage oil on my baby's face?

A. wait till the boils go away..your child's skin may not be reacting well to the products applied. afterwards try switching to safe and natural range of baby care products. a very good and reasonably priced brand is Mama Earth. you can try it's massage oil for babies.
