Q.
my wife is take tablets of Milkarin. daily 2 or 3 tablets... if she didn't take breastmilk didn't produce.. well after 2 3 tablets per day milk not enough for my baby. so currently my child eat formula milk 6 to 7 times... and little bit breastmilk... but problem is without tablet breastmilk doesn't produce... so my question is... is it safe to take Milkarin tablets for long time.. my wife is taking it for 3 months and its continue right now.. i want to how much long time it can be take.. because i want my baby feed breastmilk for 1 year minimum..

Hi mom It will correct soon Try to keep head up position while feeding Take more water fruits vegetables protein rich nutritious food to increase your milk supply Give feeding every two hours of intervals Maintain hydration Burp well after every feeding Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation Stay hydrated
