My wife is having some finger tingling. We have a 1 year old baby girl. she only drinks her mo.s milk. she is feeling very weak. what should i give my nursing wife. Any suppliment?

As ur wife is breast feeding her baby, she should take calcium supplements till she breast feed her baby. It is important to give.
Also give healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups like seasonal fruits and vegetables, dairy products, pulses, cereals, green leafy vegetables etc
