Q.

My wife is 30 week pregnent..and our baby weight is 1.6kg(1600 gm)...is the weight normal?

A. Yes thats normal. Don't worry about that. having easy to digest foods like fruit, daal, rice, jawar bhakri, green leafy vegetables and soups. These help you with proper nourishment, because they get absorbed easily and don't cause indigestion. . Avoid heavy and hard to digest foods. Eat Foods High in Fiber Including protein in your diet can boost metabolism, decrease appetite and maintain health. Keep healthy foods like fruit, vegetables, nuts and yogurt at home and easily accessible.avoid processed foods Regular exercise and yoga is very necessary to maintain health. Try pranayama and recite the “OM” mantra..

A. yes that is perfectly Ok according to the age auto number of months of your wife nothing to worry about take care of her health diet as well as happiness
