my wife has gave birth to a baby boy 9 days before. his eyes are having yellow colour which we call jaundice. this is any serious simtance

Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children4 years agoA. This is common in New borns. You should consult your pediatrician. After a blood test, If it is mild doctor may advise a direct sun therapy at home. If the bilirubin is high, then ur baby may need a phototherapy. Follow ur doctor's advice.
