Q.

my wife deliverd a baby of 700 grams. baby is in Nicu. my wife discharged. what diet i should provide him to produce breast feed. i am trying every 3 hours for feeding through pumps

A. See Eat healthy have good amount of liquids to maintain hydration in the body if you’re very well hydrated the milk production is also going to be go eat well but just not heavy eat light eat well and eat easy to digest food and have a good amount of cumin water
