Q.

My ward is 2 years 6months old he had fever few days ago with mild cold and later he developed acne on his face which as of now is restricted to face. Image is attached it looks like some allergic reactions to me. Is it common to develop such acne in childrens. Please suggest what measures do I adopt.

A. It looks like some viral infection leading fever and then remaining in the form of papular rash,don’t have any medicine but only cetzine an antihistamine to get rid of rash.

A. it looks like some viral infection see with the same lesions on the palms and soles sometimes even hmf disease will also mimic like this whatever the cause maybe it may not need much treatment they subside on their own
