Q.

My two year old takes around 1PM everyday to sleep through the night.Afternoon nap is only from 3 to 4 only. Even then it takes around 1 PM at night. Does he have child insomnia. makes me too worried

A. sleeping pattern in small children changes from time to time but will improve with increasing age of the child and you have to just see for any environmental factor which is affecting the sleep like temperature variations as well as the child might be having some digestion problem for breathing difficulty due to nasal6 blockage has5 to be looked into

Q. hi. my daughter is 3 years 3 months now. she sleeps very late in night mostly after 1am. The day she misses afternoon nap, she sleeps by 10 pm.
