my two year old son has normal head size but I see he is not having eye contact and not responding to name can kids will get autism with normal and good head size

A. yes better to get the neurological examination of the baby. if there is no relief it is advisable to see the doctor for proper examination if there is need for proper investigations also both for diagnosis and treatment
