my two months baby girl passes her stool having white seed type in it and other white thick type present in it? she in on both formula and breast feeding .Is it concerning?

A. Mucus is there due to stomach infection or if you’re giving any medicine to clear mucus from the system but without a proper information it’s nothing that can be confirmed so better to check with your doctor regarding that
