my two babies yosnitha 3 years,and second baby abi 1 year I am preferred for lion dates syrup in milk for my babies. it is good or not pls ans me

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. not good, don't add dates or date syp in milk as it hampers irin abortion of iron of dates. Give well balanced diet including all five healthy food groups: vegetables, fruit, grain foods, dairy and protein.
