Q.

my twins baby got vaccination first dose yesterday as they are two month old and feaver is 100.7 I have paracetamol 4 times in every 4 hours but it's not going down . any suggestions on this or should I give any other medicine?

A. Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if again rejdquired and you can also do cold sponging of the body to reduce fever
