Q.

My twins are about to complete 1 year. They drink about 150 ml of formula milk 4 times in 24 hours. I want to introduce cow milk to them. How much ml should they drink in 24 hours? Should I give in same quantity as formula milk?

A. Hello mommy, According to the AAP, your 1-year-old can get enough calcium and vitamin D 16 ounces (2 cups) of cow's milk – or the equivalent amount of other milk products, like yogurt or cheese. By age 2, your child should get 18 ounces, or 2 1/4 cups, of cow's milk or other milk products each day.
