Q.
My twins are 11 months old still they are having formula milk, but they don't want to have normal milk. What should I do? I feed them Cerelac and dal chawal. My question is how many times should I give them food and milk. Need to know about ratio of meal for their healthy growth.

You should never start giving outside will to your baby. Tell your baby turns one year old. Then only you should start giving a cow’s milk till the time you have to continue with formula milk only. Rather than this baby should take at least four meals in a day so you have to maintain a diet plan according to that
