Q.

my twin second son is a low birth weight baby . he is now 2.8 months and I still see weight of my baby is not increased much what could be weight gain re recipes in vegetarian food

A. Hello mom foods such as sago , dry fruits and nuts , milk , panner , ghee , variety of dals , legumes like rajma, chana etc , stuff paranthas, fruits like banana, mango , avocado etc , whole grain cereals

A. Hi🙂 Ragi and banana are best to increase baby weight in a healthy way. It provides calcium and iron in good amounts making it healthy and useful in weight gain too. You can give ragi in the form of soup including vegetables in it with ghee and also in the form of ragi rice balls- mix 1-2 spoons of ragi powder in half glass water and cook it on low flame untill bubbles pop up and then add cooked rice to it,stir it until ragi and rice mixes evenly. serve it with ghee, dal,sambar. You can make ragi and kaju laddoo if you child likes sweets. sesame seeds are also very good source of calcium. You can make sesame laddoo with jaggerey.
