my twin girls having fever (102/103f) from last 5 days. .. having cough and cold also. nebulization.and medication is stil going on. but the condition is till the same. they haven't take any food or drink in last 3days. but take milk... is that essential for them. what shall I do now

A. Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu where voimost of the time supportive treatment is givgen. along with that cough expectorant and decongestant with antiallergic medicine given. steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.
