My twin daughters are 5 yrs. weight is 15 kgs.... very fussy eaters. anything for increase in appetite

A. always encourage your child to eat properly and sit with them while eating all together

A. The only thing which my pediatrician tells me is never loose hope just keep trying and I do the same thing, keep different food in front the baby, first day they will look at it, other day they will try to take a bite and then gradually start eating.

A. it is advisable to continue your efforts in feeding the child. many times it take more efforts from the parents to make the child eat nutritious food. so kindly go for different recipes and flavours which might improve the appetite of the child. At the same tiime it is also important to meet your doctor to rule out nutritional deficiency which might be the cause of loss of appetite. Give juice fruits and water which will improve appetite and regular physical activity.

A. hi weight is ok. To increase your child apetite , first maintain proper gap between meal and snacks time. give food like warm soup with Ginger, garlic , or offer few sips of ajwain seeds water before half an hour of meal time. Encourage your child to do more physical activities and let him or her feel hungry
