Q.

my twin babies have irregular sleep from birth, at night they don't sleep for long time they woke up cry lot and then sleep.this happens everyday. what to do ?

A. yes sleep train babies now.good sleep is a must for baby brain development . You can ensure baby should be fed well at bedtime and also temperature should be comfortable around the baby . Make baby wear comfortable clothes while sleeping and can rock pat or sing a lullaby for the baby .
