Q.

My twin babies (boy & girl 1 yr 2 month) always want to eat milk mixed foods like milk rice, dosa and idly with milk etc.And avoiding other foods. is it ok??? pls explain.

A. hi. it is fine. but limit milk intake up to 16 oz per day. try to serve ur bavies verity of food , with diffrent taste n texture
