Q.

My twin babies born in 35 weeks are now almost 3 months old. So far only milk is fed to them. We are also planning to start feeding mashed banana once in a day. Is it advisable? If not what other mashed foods can be fed at this stage of 3 months?

A. Dear mum, feeding mashed banana at the age of 3 months is not a good idea. You should exclusively breastfeed your baby till 6 months complete. Breast milk is most nutritious and complete food for baby till 6 months. Introduce top food after 6 months.
