My todler is 2year 8 month old and seperated and boy living with grandparents and i am live another place for job.Now days he is laughi uncontrolly is it ok

Hi Dr mera baby 2yeqr 8 month ka Hai khana chabake nahi khata Hai only peast he khata Hai Toda mash karke bhii detii huu too vomiting karta hai maie kya karuu maie thank gayiee huuu or ghar wale bolte Hai tumne sikhaya nahi maie 12 months se try karuu huu oa vomiting he karta hai peast hai too he khata Hai maie bahut dipress hoo gayiee huu
