my todler is 20 months and is having late speech not speaking words but other activity are quite normal is it thing to be concerned about or is it normal for toddlers to be late talkers

A. hi dear mom, I hope baby is atleast speaking some words..if he speaks less its okay..but if has not even uttered a single word then you need to consult speech therapist. keep talking a lot to baby ao as to encourage him to speak.
