My toddler used to put his hand on his private part again and again. Is this normal?

A. A lot of kids do it but sometimes it is just due to some kind of irritation dryness infection in that area and sometimes it just generally start doing it so all the reasons are to be seen but you need to figure out what it is and you have to say no to the child as it’s not a good habit
