My toddler is 1 year 1 month old She doesn’t respond when anyone speak her name Actually we all call her with other other names But as soon as tv on she respond immediately towards tv Is this any hearing deficiency ...?????? Plz help me with this I m worried about her

A. Hello, your baby girl is 13 months old and if she doesn’t respond to her name so if she is having a hearing problem or she is having a mental issue
