My toddler have a stomach upset for 2 days…and 2 days creamy colour motion and now motion colour is normal.but he had fever what to give him for a digestion

A. hi. give him calpol drops for fever and increase breast feeding, do offer him easy yo digest good in little amount. you msy slso give coconut water, dal soup, rice kanji
