my toddler aged 3years 5 months has a common cold for about 2 days now. We have been giving her Cetrizine Syrup IP 5mg/5ml thrice a day, quantity 5ml. is it safe for the kid to give the same.. cold seems to have reduced.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 9 m old boy1 Year agoA. the dosage you are giving is more and it should be only once a day kindly continue the medicine given by your doctor and take a follow up after few days of starting medicine. follow up is also required because the doctor will tell you whether you have to continue the same medicines or there will be changed in the medicines .
