My toddler, a 3 yr old, tosses and turns all night inspite of co-sleeping with her. This sleep problem started to happen just recently and not from the very beginning. She sleeps very well during her afternoon naps. This problem mainly persists while sleeping at night and that too not in the 1st 2 hours of sleeping and the last 2 hours of waking up but only in between. This results in us, working parents, to be super exhausted the entire day. What can be the real reason? Do I need to check with a doctor?
