my three months old baby suffering with cold &runny nose .what Is the solution .cab I use cetirizine syrup?.or Nasivion drops?please give answer.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. for such a small child without medical consultation do not give any type of medicine but you can give only a nasal saline drops and breastfeeding at frequent intervals
kindly give nasal saline drops every three hourly and since it is a salt water it does not have any side effects and can be given again and again for nasal blockage and try to prevent temperature variations on the child and you can also give indirect steam inhalation and if there is no improvement in 2 or 3 days then meet your doctor

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children4 years agoA. good afternoon I would not recommend you to give any medicine to the baby without going to the doctor first it is advisable to try to use home remedies in the meantime and first visit a doctor for check up and then use medicine prescribed
