my three month old child is not sleeping without swaddle is it ok?

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy8 months agoA. Yes, it's okay if your 3-month-old prefers to sleep while swaddled, as it provides them with a sense of security similar to the womb. However, as they grow and begin to roll over (usually around 4-5 months), it's important to transition out of swaddling for safety reasons. You can gradually transition by swaddling with one arm out or using a sleep sack to maintain comfort while allowing freedom of movement. Always ensure the swaddle is snug but not too tight, and keep the baby on their back to sleep.
