RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl3 months agoA. Calpol roughly 10 drops can be given to the child I’m just suggesting you on the basis of the age of your child you can give it three times to 4 times in the day with a gap of six hours each depending upon how the temperature is rising every six hours
