Q.

my stomach is too heavy after delivery. how can I reduce that. myself is normal delivery. face is like swallow. thighs are also so big, suggest me what to do

A. you can make a food chart n cut on all ghee n oil.try yo eat less of carbs.If you want to get lose weight and the marks then best is to eat more of fruits and vegetables and do cardio workout

A. Hello dear parent, you will have to eat right and healthy diet. Include salads and protein in your diet . Also eat green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits. Drink lots of water. Avoid sugar and maida totally. Avoid munching in between. Do simple exercises. Consult a dietician
