Q.
My son who is going to be 3 years old soon is passing loose stool since friday once a day.. I started with the BRAT diet but still no improvement.. Since i have no stomach medicine at hand only bifilac syrup i gave him that.. Is it ok...any suggestions...

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 7 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent! There can be couple of reasons for your child passing loose motions. Worms, indigestion, stomach infection and so on. As the problem is persistent it needs personal medical evaluation. Get your baby personally examined by your doctor and seek further advice. Include curd and buttermilk to improve your child’s digestion and gut health. Good luck and take care.
