my son who is 7 years old suffering from fever since Saturday night. I have given P250 for 3 days. suddenly there is rise in temperature yesterday night. I have given meftal in the early morning today around 2AM. Now there is no temperature. should I continue on Meftal or shouldn't I give any syrup? Thanks in advance Archana
