Q.
my son who is 5yrs old got fever yesterday of 103.f. temp not responding to paracetamol. . today gave ibugesic plus. . still the temp is around 103.8F now at 11pm given meftadol p.. does know it works are not. .

wear comfortable clothing.
do sponging with water at normal temperature, not too cold. it helps in taking temperature down.
do not give medications without prescriptions.
consult your doctor in case of persistent fever, poor oral intake, excessively sleepy child.
